Features when accessing Bonus PRO benefits?
When does the discount on Cruises, Holidays or Excursions apply?
Up to 5% discount on Cruises or Holidays or Excursions. This discount applies to the price of selected flight + hotel packages. Any additional services added later are not part of the discount.
When is the discount on transfers and car rentals available?
Up to 5% off transfers and car rentals. Your available discount will be when you book a Flight or Hotel or Cruise or Holiday or Tour. This discount is not available for self-drive or transfer bookings, even if it is for an already booked package.
How does Flight Compensation Assistance work?
If you book a flight or a Flight, Holiday or Tour package, you will receive an email if your flight is eligible for compensation under EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, which protects European passengers from long delays and other travel disruptions.
Are Low Cost Airlines included?
No. Flights operated by Low Cost Airlines are excluded.
